I can provide face to face sessions*, online video calls (via Zoom) and telephone counselling.

The initial assessment is free of charge. This is a chance for a brief introduction and ensure that we are both happy to move forward with the counselling sessions.
Please make sure when you book an appointment you select 'initial assessment' to avoid a charge.

* Please note: I require the assistance of my guide dog Sheena at all times.
Please don’t book a face to face session if you are allergic to dogs.
Face to face sessions will take place in Lytham St Annes (FY8), Lancashire (address given at time of booking).
Inclusivity: If you are currently unemployed or are struggling financially, please don't hesitate to mention this in the free initial assessment and we can negotiate an appropriate fee for further sessions.
